Homely Planet in association with the Community Arts Forum will be celebrating World Community Arts Day (WCAD) 2009, with a broadcast of activities from the Waterfront Hall, Belfast and organisations across the world. WCAD was started in 2007 by the Craigmillar Festival Society in Scotland, since then the annual event has grown year on year, with organisations from Brazil, Slovenia, Scotland, Australia, USA, Ireland, Mexico and taking part.
