Homely Planet believes that Community Involvement a ownership is a key area in the development of radio broadcasts.

We develop many radio projects in Northern Ireland and with global partners, some of which form part of Beyond Skin's other workshop projects and outreach programs.

Most of the ideas come from the diverse team of artists and volunteers who work with Beyond Skin.

We also work closely with local councils, community groups and other organisations in developing radio projects.

So the possibility of you having your own radio programme is within reach. No previous radio experience necessary. The only qualifications we look for is passion and enthusiasm.

If you have radio podcast in the area of Culture then contact us as we may be able to broadcast as part of our stream content. We are also linked with various music industries, the strongest partnership being with WOMAD - www.WOMAD.org

So Think Global! Homely Planet could be the platform to link your group to another group on the other side of the world.

Homely Planet supports the voluntary sector and offers opportunities and training for people interested in broadcasting, language skills development and community arts.
